Coordinates all individual and group visits through the office of admission. Manages student ambassador program. Performs essential recruitment functions through individual visit and group days. Conducts admissions recruitment activities that are within College policies and in accordance with professional ethics established by the National Association of College Admissions Counseling (NACAC).

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Coordinates admission campus visit program.
  • Coordinates meetings for prospective students/families with faculty, staff and the Admission team during the students' visit to campus.
  • Coordinates campus tours for prospective students.
  • Delivers timely visit correspondence to prospective students and families.
  • Hires, trains and supervises student ambassadors.
  • Schedules ambassador campus tour schedules.
  • Schedules reservation of visit spaces and any relevant dining requests with campus community.
  • Collaborates with Marketing on the promotion of visit days and events.
  • Collaborates with faculty and staff on the planning of departmental visit days.
  • Collaborates with Admission Office with the planning of virtual visit events.
  • Collaborates with the Admission Director and Senior VP in the stewardship and analysis of the visit budget.
  • Supports the mission and vision of the College and respects the College's Catholic tradition and commitment to diversity.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree required. Fluency in Spanish is beneficial.

Experience: Prior admissions experience is helpful. Minimum of three to five years customer service experience required. Thorough knowledge of customer service processes, sales and professional correspondence.


Other Requirements: Skilled in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to establish and maintain ongoing relationships with prospective students and parents. Skilled in working and supervising student work staff. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
